Artist's Comments
I've always liked mazes, but as I matured, I ceased to like them as games to solve, and started liking them for their beauty. This maze was generated by some software I whipped up in Java, where a one-path contiguous maze (with no entrance of exit) filled up a rectangular grid, then I traced the paths of the maze and tiled them in my three favorite colors - emerald, glaucos and xocoatl. The result was a tile wallpaper suitable for backgrounds of almost any size.
